CDAC (Consumer Directed Attendant Care) is a Medicaid-funded service for individuals who need help with daily activities but want to remain in their own home. To qualify, the individual must be on an approved Medicaid waiver program and have a need for personal care assistance.
Respite care provides temporary relief for caregivers. This may include supervision, personal care, companionship, and activity support while the primary caregiver takes a break. It can be short-term (a few hours) or extended (overnight or weekends), depending on the care plan.
We match qualified individuals with certified providers who open their homes to offer 24/7 support in a safe, family-like setting. Each home is monitored by our team, and clients receive personalized care while participating in daily routines, social activities, and life skill development.
